Website use

Applications and availability
Submitting an application or contacting WFD does not create a dispatch-service relationship, guarantee acceptance, guarantee freight, or obligate either party to enter an agreement. Services are subject to review, availability, and a separate written dispatch agreement.
Dispatch services
WFD provides independent dispatch and administrative support. WFD is not a motor carrier and does not take possession or control of freight. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, the carrier remains responsible for its operating authority, insurance, safety, drivers, equipment, regulatory compliance, load acceptance, transportation services, and contractual obligations to brokers and shippers.
Separate service agreement
These website terms do not replace a signed carrier-dispatch agreement. Fees, payment terms, responsibilities, cancellation rights, and other service terms are governed by the written agreement signed by WFD and the carrier. If these website terms conflict with that agreement, the signed agreement controls for the dispatch services covered by it.
No guaranteed results
Information on this website is general and does not promise particular loads, rates, revenue, profits, lanes, broker approvals, or business outcomes. Testimonials, examples, and past accomplishments describe individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.
Third-party services and links
This website may include an embedded application or links supplied by third parties, including Truk AI and other service providers. WFD does not control every third-party system and is not responsible for its independent terms, privacy practices, availability, or security.
